Where can I find pricing for mZooka products?

Our products are only available through our distributor network. Contact us directly about the product you would like pricing for and we will be happy to put you in touch with the closest dealer. If you are interested in becoming a dealer please CONTACT US.


Where is mZooka Banners L.L.C. located?

mZooka Banners, L.L.C. is 100% owned and operated. Our offices and manufacturing warehouse is located in Walton, Kentucky. Just 30 minutes south of the Cincinnati/Covington area.


What are mZooka's daily business hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm (EST). We observe all regular holidays and are closed during these days.


Can I purchase products from mZooka in limited quantities or is there a minimum order policy?

Yes, there is a minimum order policy of $25.00. Orders under $25.00 are subject to a $5.00 handling charge. Depending on the perameters of custom orders there may also be applicable artwork setup charges. Please call for details.


How do I start a purchasing account with mZooka Banners, L.L.C.?

New dealers are required to have a VISA or MasterCard on file. Allow one to two weeks to establish an account once we have received your credit application. What types of credit cards will mZooka Banners accept?

We accept VISA or Mastercard


Once I've place an order with mZooka, can I add to my order once it has been processed?

Unfortunatly no, due to the speed orders are processed and our manufacturing/shipping procedures, we are not able to add on, reduce or change an order once in process. Please check for accuracy and completeness prior to placing your order. Any additions would need to be submitted as an additional separate order.


Is there sales tax on products that I purchase from mZooka Banners, L.L.C.?

Yes, All sales taxes where applicable (Kentucky residents) will be charged.. Our sales staff will be happy to answer any questions pertaining to these taxes.


Does mZooka offer warranties on the products they sell?

mZooka proudly stands behind their products and will replace any product that proves defective in material or workmanship within 30 days of shipment upon satisfactory proof of defect. We cannot be responsible for our products proving defective because of incorrect application/care of or incorrect washing procedures.


What is mZooka's policy regarding shipping?

If a specific carrier is not requested we will usually ship via Standard UPS Ground. Once a shipment has been accepted by a common carrier and we have obtained a signed receipt, our responsibility ends. All claims for damages should be made at the carrier's agent at destination. We will be glad to help trace any/all missing items. Make sure all cartons are in good condition before signing for them. In some cases smaller shipments are sent via Postal, in which case we will insure against loss.


Will I be able to return a mZooka product for refund after purchase?

Goods cannot be returned without our permission and our Return Authorization Number must be marked on the package or shipment. If none exists, the returned product will be refused and returned at customer's expense. Requests for return authorization must be made within 10 days of shipment date. All returns are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge, and will only be accepted if returned prepaid in good condition. Issued return authorization numbers are void after 30 days. Returns/Refunds will not be available for items that had a digital proof previously approved.
